Melt Point: Peak melting temperature 43°C-55°C
Congealing Point: Congealing temperature 43°C
Suggested Heating Range: Range of heating 75°C - 85°C**
Suggested Pouring Range: 65°C
Suggested Max Fragrance Load: 6-10%^ - this depends on the potency of the fragrance so testing is required.
Contents: Made up primarily of natural soy bean and blended Coconut wax, the A05 also contains a plant based additive which assists the candle setting smoothly, combined with our highly refined MST Wax Additive.
Please note these figures are a recommendation and not instructions. If you are having difficulties achieving desired results, we recommend testing with different fragrance oils at different temperatures.
**Heating above 85°C for too long may cause the wax to discolour.
^ Value dependant on the quality and potency of the fragrance so testing is required for optimum results. This will also vary on type of oil used, i.e. fragrance oil or essential oil, etc. Please note, the standard fragrance load for Scents by LCS Fragrance Oils are commonly 6-8% but variations will be dependant on the potency of the oil.
